Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition across multiple industries.

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts support sales, product launches, and other key business initiatives.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.

  • Drive lead generation efforts through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.

Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is added advantage.

  • Professional certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital and conventional marketing strategies.

  • Proven experience in the real estate, banking and financial services, investment and capital raising, stock brokerage, or hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
