About the job

• We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in both Python backend development and modern React-based frontend frameworks. The ideal candidate is a self- motivated professional with at least 4+ years of backend experience in fast-paced environments and hands-on expertise with Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS on the frontend.


• This is a remote role requiring excellent communication, ownership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The candidate should require little to no supervision and be passionate about building high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions end-to-end.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Backend Development (Python):

• Design, develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python.


• Integrate third-party services, especially payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).


• Deploy and manage containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.


• Write performant and secure backend code following industry best practices.


• Utilize Redis for caching and background job queues.


• Model and optimize data using PostgreSQL.


• Use Linux command line for troubleshooting, scripting, and deployment tasks.

Frontend Development (React + Next.js):

• Build responsive, accessible, and modern UIs using React, Next.js, TypeScript, andTailwind CSS.


• Develop dynamic web apps with SSR/ISR and API routes using Next.js.


• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform Figma or design specs into working components.


• Optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO of web applications.

DevOps & Collaboration:

• Use GitHub for source control, branching, and code reviews.


• Collaborate via MS Teams and manage project timelines and deliverables usingMonday.com.


• Write clear documentation and ensure smooth handoff between frontend and backend.


• Participate in agile ceremonies and work closely with designers, QA, and fellow engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Python backend development in high-speed development teams.


• 2+ years of production-level experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.


• Strong skills in TailwindCSS for building clean and responsive UIs.


• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Redis, and RESTful API design.


• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying apps to AWS.


• Hands-on experience integrating and managing payment gateways.


• Proficiency in Linux CLI, scripting, and server operations.


• Comfortable using GitHub, MS Teams, and Monday.com in remote team environments.


• Deep understanding of secure coding practices and authentication flows.


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote setup.
