We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and support the growth of our healthcare staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong Salesforce background with hands-on experience in Apex development, designing custom solutions, and implementing automations. You will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to improve business efficiency and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Build and manage flows, triggers, and process automations to optimize business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ensure Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives by designing and customizing objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
Maintain and improve data integrity, security, and overall system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, releases, and updates.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Solid experience with flows, triggers, and process automations.
Strong background in designing and customizing Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred.
Experience in the healthcare staffing industry is a plus, but not required.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Technical Tools & Skills
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
Understanding of CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or similar).
Strong debugging and testing practices using Salesforce Developer Console and other tools.
