About the Role:




  • We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and support the growth of our healthcare staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong Salesforce background with hands-on experience in Apex development, designing custom solutions, and implementing automations. You will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to improve business efficiency and streamline operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

  • Build and manage flows, triggers, and process automations to optimize business processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Ensure Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives by designing and customizing objects, fields, workflows, and reports.

  • Maintain and improve data integrity, security, and overall system performance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.

  • Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, releases, and updates.



Requirements




  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs.

  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

  • Solid experience with flows, triggers, and process automations.

  • Strong background in designing and customizing Salesforce solutions.

  • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred.

  • Experience in the healthcare staffing industry is a plus, but not required.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.



Technical Tools & Skills




  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).

  • Understanding of CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or similar).

  • Strong debugging and testing practices using Salesforce Developer Console and other tools.
