Therapeutic Support: Deliver or assist with therapy sessions, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and applied behavior analysis
Care Plan Implementation: Execute individualized therapy plans designed in collaboration with lead therapists.
Parental Engagement: Provide guidance and basic support to parents and caregivers during and after therapy sessions to reinforce progress at home.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and child development reports.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with educators, therapists, and other staff members to ensure integrated and holistic care for children.
Continuous Development: Participate actively in training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities to improve knowledge and skills.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in a related field (e.g., Early childhood education, Psychology, Public health, Special Education,
Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or other relevant disciplines).
Previous experience working with children with autism or special needs is an advantage
