  • The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction across business development, human capital, and operational support functions.

  • This role is pivotal in driving organisational growth, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to secure new contracts and expand existing client relationships.

  • Oversee the implementation of service level standards and ensure operational efficiency across departments.

  • Drive talent development, performance management, and organisational capability building.

  • Ensure the availability of robust IT systems to support business operations.

  • Provide strategic insights through market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.



Requirements




  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any related field.

  • Master’s in Business Administration, or MSc in Management.

  • Relevant professional qualifications such as: COREN, Nigerian Institute of Management.

  • Minimum of 13 years’ experience across one or two management areas with at least one being Human Resources and at least 5 years in a managerial role.
