Job Summary




  • As part of its strategic growth and operational excellence agenda, the organisation is seeking a seasoned professional 

  • The Group Head, Technical Service Operations, will lead the development and enforcement of engineering and maintenance standards across the group.

  • This role is central to ensuring technical excellence, asset reliability, and the adoption of innovative technologies



Key Responsibilities




  • Establish and enforce engineering, QA/QC, and maintenance standards across all operating systems.

  • Provide expert technical support and resolve complex engineering challenges.

  • Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Oversee the performance and maintenance of critical assets and specialised plants.

  • Build and lead a high-performing technical services team and foster cross-functional collaboration.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; MBA or Master’s in Engineering/Management is an advantage.

  • Professional membership in Engineering (COREN or NSE) is required.

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CMMS certification).

  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in engineering and technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years in senior management.

  • Strong expertise in QA/QC systems, maintenance strategies, and asset management.

  • Proven track record of leading innovation and driving technical excellence across multiple sites.
