Reports to: Sales Director



Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our products: Cosmetics products and household’s products. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and strengthening relationships with global clients, and ensuring the company meets its export sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products, experience in sales, and a passion for environmental sustainability.



Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy & Business Development:




  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets in national markets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets.

  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential markets.



Client Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, converters, and partners.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to secure long-term agreements and repeat business.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or concerns.



Sales Operations & Logistics:




  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to clients.

  • Monitor product quality standards to ensure customer specifications are met.



Financial Management:




  • Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, and prepare sales forecasts for markets.

  • Manage, ensure cost control and profitability.

  • Ensure timely payments from customers and manage any financial disputes or issues.



Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge:



Cross-Departmental Collaboration:




  • Collaborate with the production, quality control, and logistics departments to ensure alignment with sales goals and customer expectations. Work with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to markets.



Qualifications & Skills:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field. 

  •  Proven track record of achieving sales target.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.

  •  Fluency in additional languages (Hausa) is an advantage.

  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
