We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce and Website Executive to support the daily operations of our online platforms.
The ideal candidate will assist in managing our website content, product listings, online order processing, customer inquiries, and ensure smooth digital operations.
This role is essential in enhancing the overall customer experience, increasing online conversions, and supporting the growth of our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in updating and maintaining website content, banners, and product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, etc.).
Support the upload of new products and ensure accuracy and consistency across all product pages.
Monitor website performance and functionality; flag and escalate any issues to technical teams.
Assist in managing online orders from confirmation through to fulfillment and delivery.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure promotional materials are correctly reflected on the website.
Track and report key site metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion, etc.).
Monitor competitor websites and pricing to ensure competitiveness.
Assist in updating blog content, newsletters, and promotional landing pages.
Support SEO best practices and assist with website optimization tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or website management (internships included).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools like Google Analytics, Canva, etc.
