Position Summary
- As a Training and Onboarding Officer, you will be responsible for effectively managing the deployment and onboarding process for new leads.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage leads for deployment and training.
- Conduct and take riding test scores.
- Deployment of leads on the Gamma Mobility dashboard.
- Deployment of leads on partner(s) platform.
- Register new riders and verify their information, ensuring it aligns with Gamma standards.
- Guide riders through the onboarding process and familiarise them with tools for success.
- Promote the Gamma brand and inspire enthusiasm among drivers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years experience in onboarding, training, customer success, or field operations, ideally in fintech, mobility, or logistics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with drivers and customers.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with ride-hailing platforms and the ability to train customers on platform-specific requirements.
