Job Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned regions.

  • Visit clients in the field to present, promote, and sell company products/services.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information to customers.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support business growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to coordinate promotional campaigns.

  • Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.



Job Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Proven work experience as a Field Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
