Job Purpose
- Sales Manager to help the organization in meeting its customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- He/she will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the Sales team and manage the Sales program accordingly.
- Provide on-the-ground support for Sales Representatives as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, performance review and reward of Sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 8+ years experience selling IT / enterprise solutions to major accounts.
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong experience in selling IT solutions
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the Sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Salary
Very attractive (plus Performance Commission).
