We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Recruitment Specialist (Talent Acquisition) to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all levels of the organization, including senior management and C-suite roles.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business objectives.
Strong Excel skills are essential for tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Handle recruitment for all levels, including niche roles and C-suite executives.
Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and talent pools) to attract top candidates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
Maintain accurate candidate databases, pipelines, and recruitment dashboards.
Use Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, diversity metrics, etc.).
Build and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or multinational environments.
Demonstrated ability to recruit across all levels, including executive/C-suite positions.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, selection methods, and recruitment tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, dashboards).
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong networking skills and talent pipeline management.
