We are seeking a high-performing and passionate Brand Manager to lead the strategic and creative direction of our milk and dairy product portfolio.
This role requires a visionary leader with proven experience in FMCG brand management, particularly in milk and dairy categories, to strengthen brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement compelling brand strategies that align with business objectives and consumer insights across the milk and dairy category.
Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital) to build brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Innovation & Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, oversee product launches, and enhance product portfolio performance.
Consumer Insights & Market Trends: Leverage market research and consumer data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and translate insights into impactful actions.
Brand Performance Management: Track KPIs, analyze brand health metrics, and provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and external agencies to ensure seamless brand execution and consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector, with a strong focus on milk and dairy products.
Proven track record of successful brand building and marketing campaign execution.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and category trends.
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to think both strategically and creatively, with a hands-on approach.
