Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements.

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Negotiate and close deals with large or strategic accounts.

  • Monitor and analyse sales metrics and trends, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and opportunities.

  • Stay updated with new product launches and industry developments.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.

  • Implement customer retention strategies.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.

  • Resolve any issues or conflicts within the sales team.



Requirements

Academic Qualification and Experience




  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Social Sciences, and any other related field.Masters is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 7(years) years working experience as a Sales Manageror in a related role.

  • Proven track record in retail/e-commerce and marketing.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to close deals and maintain sales

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve sale problems.

  • Ability to persuade and influence others.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
