Cadre: Deputy Manager
Salary: N250,000 – N300,000
Reporting to: Head, Operational Excellence.
The Role
- This person will oversee a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline promotions, and market research.
- The ideal candidate will have exceptional brand strategy, management, communication, and interpersonal skills and a passion for our business and its success.
What You’ll Do
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
- Recommending strategies to position the brand for growth
- Designing and producing high-quality creative content such as press releases, artwork, print, and digital media.
- Organizing product launches and promotional events
- Working with advertising agencies to manage the brand’s marketing campaigns
- Maintaining and growing the brand’s affiliations and partnerships
- Maintaining contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved.
Our Minimum Requirements
- BSc/ HND in Business Management or any related area of study or relevant field.
- 3-5 years of work experience working as a brand manager or in a similar role.
- Experience with conceptualizing visuals based on requirements as well as creating Brand artifacts and marketing campaigns
- Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma. (Video editing is a plus)
- A finisher, who can follow through with tasks to completion.
- A knack for creativity
