Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Incharge (ASM/TSI) to drive primary sales in Enugu. The role involves managing distributor relationships, leading Sales Executives, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to grow market share.



Key Responsibilities




  • Achieve sales targets by SKU/variant within the territory.

  • Lead, guide, and monitor Sales Executives to deliver on set quotas.

  • Build and maintain strong distributor and customer relationships.

  • Track competitor activities and recommend counter-strategies.

  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.

  • Develop and implement sales initiatives to improve brand awareness.

  • Identify new business opportunities and optimize territory performance.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales with team-handling responsibility.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (sales/marketing background preferred).

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with sales tracking tools (e.g., SFA software).

  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory.
