Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee the daily operations of the company’s facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency.

  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities (preventive and corrective).

  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility services (e.g., cleaning, security, power, repairs, etc.).

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.

  • Manage budgets for facility operations and monitor expenditures.

  • Coordinate space management, office setup, and refurbishment projects.

  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues efficiently.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in facility management or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (an added advantage).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
