Responsibilities




  • Provide immediate care and first aid to students and staff in case of illness or injury.

  • Conduct routine health checks

  • Manage and administer prescribed medications to students in line with the Medical Director's approval

  • Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.

  • Monitor and manage peculiar health conditions such as asthma, etc.

  • Implement medical workshops and talks as approved by management.

  • Identify and address potential health and safety hazards within the school environment.

  • Liaise with the Medical Director and school Management on matters concerning student health.



Requirements




  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of post-qualification nursing experience (experience in pediatric, community, or school health settings is an advantage).

  • Strong clinical and assessment skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and adolescents.

  • Empathy, patience, and ability to work with children and adolescents.

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
