We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead and drive the execution of strategy, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for product adoption and revenue growth at Busha.
In this position, you will transform complex product features into engaging narratives, craft impactful messaging and go-to-market resources, and oversee launches from initial planning through successful user adoption. The right candidate is deeply curious about the product, excels in cross-team collaboration, and can combine strategic insight with practical execution in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Product Managers to plan upcoming releases, shaping go-to-market strategies and creating clear, standout positioning for new features.
Partner with the Marketing team to create content and campaigns that showcase product benefits and generate user interest and demand.
Lead and coordinate cross-team execution of launch plans and adoption programs to ensure smooth, high-impact rollouts.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce resources that clearly communicate value propositions, practical use cases, and points of competitive advantage.
Engage directly with customers through calls and feedback sessions, bringing their perspectives into product decisions, messaging frameworks, and GTM strategies.
Measure and report launch outcomes, sharing actionable insights to refine future strategies and improve performance.
Stay ahead of the market by tracking competitors and emerging trends, and regularly update stakeholders with key findings.
Qualifications
4–6+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth tech (B2B2C, fintech, or crypto/Web3 preferred) with a proven record of driving adoption and measurable business impact.
Ownership of launches and leading go-to-market (GTM) strategy from positioning, messaging, to rollout and post-launch optimization.
Exceptional storytelling skills, translating complex blockchain, finance, or technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
Strategic and hands-on with the capability of shaping market strategy while executing detailed plans using product management tools for launch planning and cross-team coordination.
Cross-functional leadership and collaboration with product, data, community, and marketing teams.
Sales and partner enablement expertise, creating decks, FAQs, and competitive assets using different tools to support internal and external stakeholders.
Data-driven decision maker comfortable using analytics tools and platforms to measure adoption and refine GTM strategies.
Adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced, evolving markets and proactively exploring new tools to improve launch effectiveness and marketing performance.
Strong understanding of finance/crypto/blockchain culture (DeFi, chains, wallets, DAOs) is a major plus.
