About the Role




  • Our client, a leading fashion brand, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process. The ideal candidate will ensure that garments are produced to the highest quality, on time, and within budget, while maintaining efficient workflow across design, sampling, sourcing, and production units.



Key Responsibilities




  • Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to meet delivery timelines.

  • Supervise the production team, including cutters, tailors, pattern makers, and quality controllers.

  • Ensure all garments are produced in line with quality standards and brand specifications.

  • Monitor raw material inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely procurement.

  • Develop and implement production schedules and track progress.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for productivity and cost-effectiveness.

  • Liaise with the design team to ensure accurate translation of designs into finished products.

  • Maintain compliance with workplace safety, ethical practices, and company policies.



Skills & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Textile Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in garment production management within the fashion industry.

  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric types.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to manage production budgets and timelines effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and production management software is an added advantage.
