Job Summary




  • We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a field sales team, expanding market coverage, and ensuring excellent product availability and brand presence across all retail channels.

  • This role is critical to achieving our regional sales targets and strengthening Lontor Hi-Tech’s market leadership in consumer electronics such as rechargeable fans, LED lighting, power solutions, and smart appliances.



 Key Responsibilities



Sales Performance & Revenue Growth




  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory.

  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure consistent delivery against KPIs.

  • Identify growth opportunities in underpenetrated markets, new outlets, and customer segments.



Team Leadership & Field Management




  • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Field Staff.

  • Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls to coach and support team members.

  • Set individual performance goals, conduct reviews, and provide feedback.



Route-to-Market Execution




  • Ensure effective implementation of route-to-market (RTM) strategy across Open Trade, Modern Trade, and Distributor networks.

  • Supervise order collection, delivery tracking, and stock reconciliation processes.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and dealers.



Brand Visibility & In-Store Execution




  • Ensure optimal shelf presence, product display, signage, and merchandising standards.

  • Monitor competitor activity and respond with tactical recommendations.

  • Report on out-of-stocks, pricing deviations, and promotional compliance.



Customer Relationship Management




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing retail outlets and partners.

  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.

  • Collect market intelligence on customer preferences, demand trends, and local competition.



Reporting & Compliance




  • Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports via CRM or mobile tools.

  • Track team attendance, sales performance, and incentive claims.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and safety guidelines.



Promotions & Campaign Support




  • Implement approved trade promotions and monitor effectiveness.

  • Coordinate activation events, demo days, and retailer incentives.

  • Provide post-campaign analysis and ROI insights.
