Administration:
- Review the marketing strategy and priorities for the day.
- Check emails and respond to urgent inquiries.
Social Media Management:
- Post engaging content on company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor industry conversations.
Content Creation:
- Develop content for the company blog, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for upcoming campaigns.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and schedule email campaigns targeting potential clients and industry stakeholders.
- Segment email lists and personalize content for different target audiences.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify opportunities for digital marketing campaigns based on market insights.
Collaborative Meetings:
- Attend meetings with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Discuss ongoing campaigns, receive feedback, and strategize for future initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze performance metrics from recent campaigns using analytics tools.
- Prepare a report highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
SEO and SEM Optimization:
- Review and optimize website content for SEO.
- Monitor and adjust paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads) for optimal performance.
Wrap-up and Planning for Tomorrow:
- Respond to any remaining emails or messages.
- Plan tasks and priorities for the next day.
- Prepare a summary of achievements and challenges to share in the next team meeting.
Data Capturing Via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Reports:
- Render marketing activities reports to your supervisor weekly or as the case may be.
- Capture accurately leads, customers and opportunities and other required information daily using ERP solution.
Others:
- Other marketing activities as may be assigned from time to time by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree wtih 2 years work experience.
