We are seeking an experienced FMCG professional with 10–12 years of proven expertise in fast-moving consumer goods operations.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on in implementing systems and processes used in FMCG businesses, with strong proficiency in Microsoft tools and IT applications for business monitoring.
This role requires a practical, execution-focused individual (not at NSM/senior level) who can drive operational efficiency and ensure best practices across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage FMCG operational systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other IT tools for reporting, analysis, and business performance monitoring.
Track and analyze operational KPIs to provide insights for management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with FMCG industry standards and operational best practices.
Support the sales and distribution teams with structured reporting and performance management tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, finance) to streamline workflows and ensure smooth business operations.
Train and support staff in the adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.
Requirements
10 - 12 years of proven experience in the FMCG sector (operations, supply chain, sales support, or related functions).
Strong track record in implementing and managing FMCG operational processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to leverage IT systems for business performance tracking and monitoring.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and execute efficiently.
