The Executive Assistant will provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the Managing Partner, ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly and organizational objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, schedules, meetings, and correspondence with precision.
Coordinate travel logistics, events, and high-level stakeholder engagements.
Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, memos, and proposals.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders.
Track deliverables, deadlines, and ongoing projects to ensure timely execution.
Conduct research, prepare briefing notes, and support decision-making.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in a senior administrative capacity (experience in IT/consulting is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
