Responsibilities




  • Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodations, and create itineraries for business travel.

  • Communication Management: Screen and direct phone calls and emails, draft correspondence, and ensure timely and accurate information flow.

  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage logistics for events.

  • Document & Report Preparation: Assist in creating and formatting documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

  • Information Management: Organize and maintain filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Calendar Management: Manage executives' schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize time and ensure all commitments are met.



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years of experience.
