Preparing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
Responsible for managing all manufacturing CAPEX (Planning and Execution)
Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements
Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
Responible for LAD & Payment Management
Ensuring Timely release of LAD/Pos & Payments
Carrying out any other task as assigned by management at any point of time.
Monitors and ensure seamless executions of all manufacturing projects across and all plants.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Track budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Requirements
A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 2– 4 years relevant hands-on experience in technical project engineering.
At least 2 years’ experience in a beverage bottling company.
Must know AutoCAD & MS Projects
Experienced in budgeting and people management
Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health and Safety
Must Possess PMP CERTIFICATION or similar Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
Experience in plant manufacturing operations, project planning & implementation.
