Summary




  • Responsible for project planning, scheduling, forecasting, resourcing, and managing of technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.

  • Coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. Will manage schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members.

  • Ensuring “SAFETY FIRST & FOLLOWING ALL THE SAFETY NORMS”

  • Preparing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.

  • Responsible for managing all manufacturing CAPEX (Planning and Execution)

  • Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements

  • Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.

  • Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.

  • Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.

  • Responible for LAD & Payment Management

  • Ensuring Timely release of LAD/Pos & Payments

  • Carrying out any other task as assigned by management at any point of time.

  • Monitors and ensure seamless executions of all manufacturing projects across and all plants.

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

  • Track budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members



Requirements




  • A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum of 2– 4 years relevant hands-on experience in technical project engineering.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a beverage bottling company.

  • Must know AutoCAD & MS Projects

  • Experienced in budgeting and people management

  • Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health and Safety

  • Must Possess PMP CERTIFICATION or similar Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

  • Experience in plant manufacturing operations, project planning & implementation.
