Pad-Up Creations, Africa’s leading producer of washable and reusable sanitary products, is seeking a passionate and result-driven Market Activation Officer to join our team. The role focuses on creating awareness, driving product visibility, and ensuring strong market penetration through effective field activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute market activation campaigns and events.


• Drive brand visibility, awareness, and product adoption in target markets.


• Engage distributors, retailers, and customers through on-the-ground marketing.


• Collect and analyze market feedback to support sales and product strategy.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with market stakeholders.


• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all activation activities.

Requirements

• NCE/ND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or field activation.


• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.


• Energetic, proactive, and willing to travel.


• Experience in FMCG/consumer products is an added advantage.
