Responsibilities




  • Develop and Implementsales strategies to achieve company targets.

  • Build and manage strong relationship with distributors, retailers, and key client

  • Lead, train and motivate the sales team to drive performance.

  • Monitor market trends,competitors and customers need

  • Expand market shares for our dog food products

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to managment.



Requirements




  • First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, Nutritionist

  • Must be a Dog Lovers

  • Must have 3-5 years proven experience with an agro-allied company and background in Animal Science ( preferably in FMCG, Pet Food, Animal Feed industry)

  • Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Passion for pets and knowledge of animal nutritionis an added advantage

  • Proficiency in MS office and CRM tools.
