Job Summary




  • To maintain that standard, we are hiring a proactive and highly skilled Facility Manager who will ensure that the Clubhouse remains safe, functional, and operational at all times.



Role Overview




  • The Facility Manager will oversee the smooth running, maintenance, and efficiency of the Clubhouse’s infrastructure and critical systems.

  • This includes everything from electrical, HVAC, and plumbing to safety, security, lighting, and sound-supporting infrastructure.

  • The role demands strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced nightlife environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of all Clubhouse facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.

  • Ensure uninterrupted operation of power, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and backup systems.

  • Monitor and support technical systems that enhance sound, lighting, and stage effects.

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns.

  • Respond promptly to emergencies or facility-related issues during operating hours.

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance teams, contractors, and external service providers.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards for nightlife operations.

  • Manage budgets for facility operations, including repairs, upgrades, and consumables.

  • Conduct routine inspections to identify risks, hazards, or maintenance needs.

  • Support operational departments (Sound, Lights, Security, Bar, and Events) to ensure the Clubhouse runs seamlessly.

  • Oversee cleaning, waste management, and security support services for overall upkeep.

  • Lead facility upgrades, expansions, and renovations in line with business growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, service logs, warranties, and compliance certifications.



Requirements




  • Proven experience as a Facility Manager in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment venues.

  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and backup power.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, especially during peak nightlife operations.

  • Strong leadership skills to manage in-house staff and contractors.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-energy environment.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Budgeting and vendor management experience.

  • Relevant degree or certifications in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
