About the Role




  • We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to oversee the management of our inventory and stock.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of goods received and issued, ensuring proper storage, and supporting smooth operations by keeping the store well-organized and efficiently run.



Key Responsibilities




  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.

  • Maintain up-to-date stock records and issue items to departments/projects as required.

  • Organize and store materials in a safe and accessible manner.

  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests to avoid shortages.

  • Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions (receipts, issues, returns).

  • Keep the store clean, secure, and compliant with company policies and safety standards.

  • Support internal audits and assist in preparing inventory reports.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Store Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–3 years’ proven experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory management (construction/manufacturing industry experience is an advantage).

  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.

  • Good knowledge of inventory control systems and basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems).

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.

  • Integrity, honesty, and the ability to work independently.
