Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, ensure system security, and oversee both on-premises and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, networks, and applications.


• Manage Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud platforms.


• Troubleshoot IT issues, provide helpdesk support, and maintain ERP/CRM systems.


• Ensure system backups, disaster recovery, and IT security compliance.


• Monitor and maintain IT assets while researching and recommending new technologies.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.


• Proven experience in IT support or systems administration.


• Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and cloud technologies.


• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and IT security best practices.


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Strong knowledge of IT security best practices.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
