JOB REQUIRMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communications or related discipline.
- Minimum of Three (3) years’ relevant experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) as well as collaboration tool (Teams, Zoom)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High level of professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, executives and team members.
JOB DESCRIPTION
In fulfilling his or her operational responsibilities, the successful Candidate will:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for internal and client meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and corporate events.
- Monitor deadlines, track priorities, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
