Job Description
Summary:
The Commercial Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting our commercial operations by handling procurement, managing vendor relations, processing payments, uploading products on internal systems, and assisting with data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement and third-party purchases, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
- Support vendor management, including processing and reconciling vendor payments.
- Accurately upload product details onto company ERP software (Odoo) for sales and inventory tracking.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support sales, pricing, and procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Inventory teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Maintain proper documentation of all commercial transactions and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial operations, procurement, or data analysis (experience in IT distribution is an advantage).
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
- Working knowledge of Odoo ERP.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and internal team management.
