Key Responsibilities



Sales Leadership




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Manage and expand wholesale and B2B partnerships across Abuja and nationwide.

  • Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.

  • Build strong client relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate buyers.



E-commerce & Operations




  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order processing, customer service, and returns management.

  • Coordinate logistics and ensure efficient last-mile delivery systems.

  • Supervise warehouse operations (stocking, inventory control, dispatch) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Implement process improvements and technology tools for seamless operations.



Performance & Strategy




  • Establish and track performance metrics (sales KPIs, operational SLAs, customer satisfaction).

  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.

  • Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and expansion planning.



Leadership & Culture




  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to cross-functional teams.

  • Drive a high-performance culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

  • Represent the company in stakeholder engagements, trade negotiations, and strategic partnerships.



Key Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 5+ years’ proven experience in FMCG sales and operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in managing e-commerce operations and integrating technology into sales/operations.

  • Solid understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain processes.

  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
