Your responsibilities




  • Managing day to day commercial operations E-Retailers, Marketplace customers, eB2B on Demand, & ePharma and accelerate growth across all platforms through various acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.

  • Ensure operational excellence through close collaboration with the supply chain team to maintain in stock status on site, optimize new fulfillment opportunities, plan for peak periods and improve/eliminate chargebacks.

  • Develop and execute strategies to bring in prospect accounts and grow existing accounts to meet overall company plan goals.

  • Data Analysis for sales reporting and consumer insight generation.

  • Liaising with brand/category managers across BUs to develop, align and execute marketing plans.

  • Drive & lead a strategic annual Joint Business plan with all Key Accounts.

  • Drive E-Commerce KPIs 

  • Driving the delivery of E Commerce channel P&L as per agreed annual business plan through maximising the efficiency of trade spending.

  • Reviewing new technologies and trends to evolve the brands presence online.

  • Execute yearly sales forecasting and phasing, budget planning (marketing and trade spends) and ensuring smooth implementation of same to hit monthly revenue targets across E-Commerce sales channels. 

  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products and competitors to be a trusted business advisor to accounts.



The experience we're looking for




  • Proven track record in managing national account sales within FMCG or related consumer-focused markets.

  • Strong commercial insight, and astute P and L management with the capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

  • Known for your strategic insight and a practical approach to problem-solving, you're ready to turn challenges into opportunities.

  • Genuine passion for customer service, with the ability to build trusting, collaborative, and mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a consultative approach to influencing others using compelling facts and data.

  • Good interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional teams

  • Good and practical knowledge of performance Marketing

  • Capable of managing a team

  • Ability to leverage different tech tools to drive business growth

  • A good understanding of the levels of ROI and how to drive such to deliver on the bottom line

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Solid understanding of the ecommerce framework.
