Job Description







  • This role blends administration with operations. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day office management, supporting real estate transactions, coordinating vendors, and ensuring all documentation and processes run efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage daily administrative and operational activities.

  • Support property transactions (sales, leases, closings) to ensure timely completion.

  • Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • Handle documentation, record-keeping, and compliance tasks.

  • Assist with financial tasks including basic expense tracking and payroll support.

  • Coordinate office logistics such as supplies, repairs, and maintenance.

  • Support marketing and client service teams with listings and events.

  • Prepare and share regular reports with management.



Requirements:




  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration & operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with real estate operations is a plus.
