Job Summary

• The Pharmacy Sales Assistant supports daily pharmacy operations by assisting customers with their healthcare and personal needs, processing sales transactions, and ensuring shelves are stocked and well-presented.


• The role requires excellent customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting prescription and non-prescription products.


• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.


• Maintain stock levels by receiving, unpacking, labeling, and displaying products.


• Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.


• Provide information on product features, usage, and pricing (without giving medical advice)

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional training in sales, pharmacy, or healthcare is an advantage.


• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Basic knowledge of pharmacy products and health items (training will be provided).

Salary

N60,000 Monthly.
