About the Role




  • We are seeking a passionate Sales Executive to join our team at Ikota Shopping Complex, VGC, Lagos.

  • As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Property Rights Awareness Initiative for women.



Responsibilities




  • Promote and sell our property rights awareness programs and services

  • Build relationships with potential clients and partners

  • Identify new business opportunities

  • Meet sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.



Qualification and Person Specification




  • BSc / HND in Marketing or any course (e.g., Social Sciences, Communications)

  • Proficiency in MS Office suites

  • Excellent internet skills and social media savvy

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Passion for women's rights and inheritance issues

  • Experience in a similar role or working with NGOs would be an added advantage.



Requirements:




  • Relevant sales experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for promoting women's rights

  • Must have passion for sales and marketing

  • Must reside within Ikota and environs.



Targets and Incentives




  • Base salary: N100,000

  • Successful candidates will be given sales targets to achieve

  • Meeting targets will earn you commissions, providing an opportunity to increase your earnings.
