Description

• We are looking for a seasoned Workshop Manager with a strong engineering background and extensive experience in heavy truck maintenance.


• The ideal candidate will lead our workshop operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our fleet while managing a team of skilled technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the workshop, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance of heavy-duty trucks


• Supervise and mentor workshop staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence


• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules and repair protocols


• Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations


• Liaise with logistics and operations teams to align maintenance activities with business needs


• Prepare and present reports on workshop performance, costs, and fleet condition

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering


• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a logistics or transportation company


• Proven expertise in heavy truck maintenance and workshop management


• Strong leadership and team coordination skills


• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities


• Familiarity with maintenance software and reporting systems is an advantage.
