Job Summary




  • We are currently seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager - Corporate / Project Sales to lead the sales team to new heights.

  • The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.



Key Responsibilities




  • Good communication skill

  • Knowledge of nigeria building market products.

  • Product knowledge & competitor information.

  • Sales reporting & forecasting.

  • Good exposure to all top real estate project companies in nigeria.

  • Negotiation & persuasion skill.

  • Ability to understand & communicate product details effectively.

  • Knowledge of nigeria building market products.

  • Planning reporting & coordination with sales team.

  • Good knowledge of dealers from the industry.

  • Attend trade shows & visit project sites.

  • Complete sale targets.



Requirements

Qualification / Skills required to fill this role:




  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marking or related field, Master's Degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years of sales experience.

  • Must have experience as a sales manager in the Tiles industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have the ability to drive new business by signing up new clients.



Salary

N600,000 monthly.
