Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain new customers while managing relationships with existing clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas downstream sector.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

  • Promote the company’s products (e.g., petroleum products, lubricants, LPG, etc.) to clients and negotiate sales contracts.

  • Act as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring timely communication and support.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports to management.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Work closely with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to build networks and enhance brand visibility.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification or a Bachelors Degree with 4 years of relevant work experience.
