• The Client Relationship Officer will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term loyalty.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


• 3–5years of experience in client relations, customer service, or sales.


• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.


• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
