Duties

• Drive IITA vehicles within and outside the duty station to transport personnel and materials, including field assignments, meetings, or other activities.


• Record and maintain logbooks: mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance history, etc.


• Perform routine maintenance checks (oil, tires, lights, etc.) and report mechanical issues early to ensure timely servicing.


• Keep vehicle clean (inside and outside), ensure documents (registration, insurance, licensing) are updated.


• Support field operations: assist with loading/unloading cargo, guiding when needed, helping with logistics as required.


• Support field operations: accompany experts to training/meetings, collect data, deliver materials, act as lead/guide when needed.


• Handle logistics tasks: e.g., receiving visitors (airport pickups/airport drop offs), delivering messages, ensuring essential materials are delivered, coordinating with transport/maintenance units.


• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• National Diploma with minimum of (6) years’ experience in Business administration and other related courses, performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.


• Possession of a valid Driver’s license is required.
