Job Description

• We are seeking Lawyers with high-quality experience, particularly in Dispute Resolution and Commercial Transactions

Requirements

• High-quality experience mainly in commercial transactions and dispute resolution.


• A good Second Class Degree in Law obtained from a reputable institution


• Must have between 8 and 20 years of experience in commercial law and/or dispute resolution.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner


• Excellent research skills


• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail


• Good client relationship/interpersonal skills


• A proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving


• Ability to work confidently, independently and interact at all levels of the organisation


• Good Microsoft Office skills


• Experience in commercial transactions


• Team and goal-oriented attitude


• Relevant postgraduate degrees/professional qualifications and/or experience in international markets would be an advantage


• Must have litigation experience both at the High Court and at the Appellate courts


• Team and goal-oriented attitude.
