Key Responsibilities:

 Installation & Configuration:

• Carry out installation, alignment, and configuration of Huawei, Cambium, and Ubiquiti radios and antennas.


• Conduct link testing and ensure optimal performance before handover.

 Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on all transmission links.


• Respond promptly to link faults and ensure timely restoration of service.


• Work closely with NOC and other departments during incident escalation.

 Network Optimization:

• Monitor signal strength, throughput, and link stability.


• Recommend and implement corrective actions for performance improvement.

Documentation:

• Record all site activities, configurations, and maintenance logs accurately.


• Submit daily or weekly job reports to the Team Manager.

 Compliance & Safety:

• Adhere to safety standards and site access procedures.


• Ensure all installations are neat, secure, and weather-resistant.

Key Requirements

• Education: OND/B.Sc./HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.


• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in transmission or wireless network maintenance

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Huawei transmission equipment (RTN, OptiX, etc.).


• Proficiency in Cambium and Ubiquiti radio configuration and troubleshooting.


• Familiarity with IP addressing, VLANs, and basic routing principles.


• Ability to interpret link plans, path profiles, and network diagrams.


• Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving ability.
