Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, technically skilled, and process-driven People Operations Associate to support our team across HR operations, employee experience, and light facility management.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with spreadsheets, tools, and systems to manage data, enforce policies, track performance, and ensure our people processes run smoothly.
- This role is critical to maintaining a productive and well-supported workforce.
- You’ll play a key part in recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee performance tracking, and workplace operations, helping us uphold a high-performance culture while keeping the day-to-day running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (equipment setup, documentation, access control, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and performance tracking systems.
- Assist with offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day office or facility needs (inventory, supplies, vendor coordination, access control, etc.).
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
- Assist with implementing HR or operations software/tools where needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in a People Operations, HR Admin, or similar role with exposure to both people and operational responsibilities.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, or employee performance processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across people and operational workflows.
Our preffered candidate is someone who has these skills set:
- Very technical and proficient with the use of spreadsheet
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion.
- Exposure to facility or office operations.
