- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Sales Assistant to support our regional operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, handling customer enquiries, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery of devices to distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily sales operations within the region.
- Handle sales enquiries and provide accurate, professional, and timely responses.
- Coordinate with courier service providers to ensure prompt delivery of devices to distributors.
- Maintain and update accurate regional sales records and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve regional issues and improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a sales support or operations role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
