  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Sales Assistant to support our regional operations.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, handling customer enquiries, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery of devices to distributors.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee and support daily sales operations within the region.

  • Handle sales enquiries and provide accurate, professional, and timely responses.

  • Coordinate with courier service providers to ensure prompt delivery of devices to distributors.

  • Maintain and update accurate regional sales records and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve regional issues and improve overall service delivery.



Qualifications and Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a sales support or operations role.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
