Job Summary




  • We are looking for a vibrant, result-oriented, and creative Events & Sales Executive (PRO) to join our team at The Hub Lounge & Bar.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging events, increasing sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our brand image.



Job Description




  • Develop and package attractive events (live shows, theme nights, corporate hangouts, birthdays, etc.) to attract customers.

  • Drive sales through promotions, partnerships, and customer engagement.

  • Serve as the Public Relations (PR) representative of the hub Lounge and bar by maintaining a strong brand presence.

  • Build and maintain customer loyalty through excellent service and follow-up.

  • Create and implement marketing strategies (social media, offline promotions, collaborations).

  • Source, negotiate, and manage bookings for private events.

  • Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and customer engagement.



Requirements




  • Experience in Bar, Lounge, and club events planning, sales, or customer relations is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Outgoing personality with a flair for creativity and networking.

  • Must be target-driven and able to work under minimal supervision.
