Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.


• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices for the organization.


• Supervise system and network security to safeguard against data breaches and cyber threats.


• Provide IT support and technical guidance to staff across departments.


• Oversee software installations, updates, and licensing compliance.


• Collaborate with the media and production teams to ensure smooth operation of digital platforms and content distribution systems.


• Plan, budget, and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery.


• Train staff on the use of technology tools and emerging IT solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).


• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in IT management, preferably within a media, digital, or entertainment company.


• Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, hardware/software management, and cloud technologies.


• Hands-on experience with digital content platforms, servers, and database management.


• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
