Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to support the Executive Chairman of Spacefinish and Campus HQ.

  • This role is critical in enabling the Chairman to focus on high-level strategic priorities by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth execution of business and personal commitments.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage the Executive Chairman’s calendar, schedule, and travel logistics.

  • Screen, prioritize, and draft correspondence (emails, letters, internal communications).

  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up action trackers.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (MD, CFO, HODs) and external partners, clients, and investors.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as required.

  • Support personal administration tasks to ensure the Chairman’s focus remains on business priorities.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and project management platforms.

  • Must be available for travel as required.
